mIRC works great for finding individual tracks, but because most people will only let you download 50-75 songs per day, you’ll need to use Bittorrent to get all the classics.
Here’s what to do:
- Install a Bittorrent client (if you don’t have one): Mac / Windows
- Try to download the biggest files first here and here.
- Then try here and here for the fastest/most reliable downloads.
- Then search here and here every few weeks for new stuff.
- Closed torrent sites like this one will have special sections for karaoke, but you need to keep track of ratios.
If anyone knows of other good sources for karaoke torrents, feel free to post in the comments.

Demonoid.com is the best for the latest karaoke but registration is usually closed … just keep checking everyday like I did ’til it’s open for new members. Other places I’ve had great success at, besides all the ones mentioned about are btjunkie.org, btmon.com & seedpeer.com.
actually the best site on the web for karaoke torrents is by far http://www.kingdomofkaraoke.co.uk it requires a membership and they are very very strict about ratios. check it out!!
kingdomofkaraoke I dont recomend they are very petty and only looking for what they can get off new members I started downloading torrents and they stopped me halfway through saying torrents too old cant have that one try something new knocking my ratio down cause I got nothing too seed then they tell im not seeding cause the bits of songs off newer torrents I got no one interested in cause everybody got those. just a pathetic site
I agree with Dave. I wouldn’t recommend kingdomofkaraoke either, their moderators are bunch of a**holes!! They only used you to get what they want especially for new members!!

Well, we are running the site for 5 years now and we are definitely not interested in new members that just want to build a collection quickly by downloading it with a click and hit the road. Please find your luck elsewhere friends, the web has it all for you. There a thousands of sites that do not give a Dime for a thank you to the uploader or the guy who ripped, repaired or created the tracks you want to use.
We see ourselves as a small site that has dedicated members that work together to get the widest variety of karaoke content in the best quality possible, formatted by standard schemes.
Everybody who is interested in this will have heaven at KoK, the others will simply waist their precious time.
As every downloader needs at least one uploaders we are granting you some GBs for the start and then ask you either to work for GBs or seed something new to the site either in quality or in content.
Ah, and Dave… “The very pretty” I take it as an compliment. So thanks for that.

I have tried once to be a member in KOK but if you have nothing is not good for you. KOK is for people with tons of karaoke. But there are good thing to learn. Is a nice brotherhood and they help you if you need. They kicked me after 5GB downloaded but with I made 3 accounts and I get 15-20GB from KOK. He he he. They banned all my accounts. But after some time I made another account and they never catch me again. So now with a little help from some kok users I build my collection about 2TB of karaoke. But, if I have steal 15 or 20GB of karaoke by leeching later I give to kok 150-200gb of karaoke. So if you want you can be a member to the greatest karaoke site in WWW.
I’m curious if I would tell them who I really am they would ban my account even my ratio is higher than 1:1 and my contribution was huge on their site.
PS: Nobody in KOK knows who I am. Even those people who helped me don’t know.
